Terms & Conditions
- Agreement to Terms : By subscribing to our billing software on a yearly basis, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
- Print Design Acceptance : As this is a cloud-based software, customization of the bill design is not possible. Please clarify your requirements with us before making a purchase. Once purchased, it will be considered that you have accepted our default print design.
- Only Remote Support & Training : As this is a cloud-based software, we do not provide in-person support or training. All assistance is offered remotely, and video tutorials are available for all features.
- Subscription and Payment : The subscription is valid for one year from the date of payment.Payment must be made in full at the beginning of the subscription period.Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
- Payment Failure : In case of any payment issues during the purchase, the matter will be handled directly through Razorpay. If the amount is debited but registration is unsuccessful, a refund will be initiated by Razorpay. 18Steps Technologies is not responsible for any payment failures.
- Renewal and Cancellation : Subscriptions will not be auto-renewed. You must renew manually before expiration.Failure to renew will result in service suspension until payment is received.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
- Software Usage and Restrictions : The software is licensed, not sold, and is intended for use per the specified subscription plan.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.Unauthorized use or breach of terms may lead to account termination.
- Data and Privacy : We take data privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws.User data is collected and stored securely as per our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for data loss due to user negligence or external attacks.
- Service Availability and Support : We strive to maintain service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Technical support is available as per the chosen subscription plan.We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party integrations.
- Liability and Disclaimer : The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our software.
Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the subscription fee paid.
- Amendments : We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law : These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore Jurisdiction.
